Forward Multiple Messages To One Recipient in Outlook 13

Many times, we will need to forward multiple messages to a recipient in Outlook. Instead of forwarding the messages one by one, repeatedly, there is a simpler and fastest way. All we have to do is to follow the steps below.

First, we must select the messages that we want to forward. In order to select messages that are continuous, we just select the first message and then we press the Shift button on our keyboard and then select the last message. All the messages then will be selected. If we want to select messages that are not continuous, we select the first message and then we press the Ctrl button on our keyboard and then select the other messages by still holding the Ctrl button. In the image below, we can see that I have selected three messages.

Select Multiple Messages

The next step is from the Home tab of the ribbon and in the area of the ribbon named Respond, we select the Forward button as shown in the image below.

Another way of Forwarding the selected messages is to do a right click on them and then from the shortcut menu that appears we select again the Forward command as shown below.

Shortcut Menu - Forward

Whatever way we follow, straight away, a new mail message appears and all the mail that we had selected, are attached in the Attachment area of the mail message as shown in the image below. All we have to do then is to select the recipient that we want to Forward the messages to and fill in the Subject area. That is it; the message is ready to go.
