Στο Microsoft PowerPoint, έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να κάνουμε Εγγραφή (Record) την οθόνη του υπολογιστή μαζί με τον ήχο. Έπειτα μπορούμε να το ενσωματώσουμε στη Διαφάνεια (Slide), ή ακόμα και να το αποθηκεύσουμε έως ξεχωριστό αρχείο. Η Εγγραφή Οθόνης (Screen Recording) ή Απόσπασμα Οθόνης (Screen Clipping) είναι πολύ χρήσιμο για τη λήψη στιγμιότυπων παραθύρων από τα ανοιχτά παράθυρα ή άλλα προγράμματα που μπορεί να τρέχουν τη δεδομένη χρονική στιγμή.

In Microsoft PowerPoint we can record our computer screen with the audio. Then we can embed it in our Slide, or we can even save it as a separate file. Screen Recording or Screen Clipping is very useful for capturing snapshots of windows or programs that we might have open on our computer and want to use.

Εισαγωγή Καταγραφής Οθόνης Στο PowerPoint 2016
Insert A Screen Recording in a PowerPoint 2016 Presentation
Σε προηγούμενες εκδόσεις του PowerPoint, και εννοώντας το PowerPoint 13, μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε χρήση της εντολής Στιγμιότυπο (Screen Capture) έτσι ώστε να εισάγουμε ένα στιγμιότυπο της οθόνης μας στην Παρουσίαση (Presentation). Τώρα στο PowerPoint 2016, μπορούμε να εισάγουμε μία Καταγραφή Οθόνης (Screen Recording) στην Παρουσίασή (Presentation), έτσι ώστε να τη δώσουμε μία πιο επαγγελματική όψη. Για να εισάγουμε μία Καταγραφή Οθόνης (Screen Recording) στην Παρουσίασή (Presentation) απλώς συνεχίσετε να διαβάσετε παρακάτω. (Σημείωση: Εάν έχουμε το PowerPoint 13, θα πρέπει να έχουμε εγκατεστημένες τις πιο πρόσφατες ενημερώσεις έτσι ώστε να μπορέσουμε να έχουμε στη διάθεσή μας την εντολή Καταγραφή Οθόνης (Screen Recording).
Πρώτα από όλα θα πρέπει να επιλέξουμε το tab Εισαγωγή (Insert) και από την δεξιά περιοχή της κορδέλας που ονομάζεται Πολυμέσα (Media), να επιλέξουμε την εντολή Καταγραφή Οθόνης (Screen Recording) όπως εμφανίζεται κα στην παρακάτω εικόνα.

In the previous version of PowerPoint, meaning PowerPoint 13, we could take a Screen Capture and insert it in on our Presentation. Now, in PowerPoint 2016, we can even insert a Screen Recording in our Presentation, in order for us to give it a more professional look. In order to Insert a Screen Recording in our Presentation all we have to do is to continue reading. (Note that if we have PowerPoint 13, and have the most recent updates installed the Screen Recording command is also available).
First of all we must select the Insert tab and then from the right area of the ribbon named Media, we select the Screen Recording command as shown in the image below.

Επίσης μας επιτρέπει να καταγράψουμε οτιδήποτε εμφανίζεται στην οθόνη του υπολογιστή. Μπορούμε να εισάγουμε κουίζ, ιστοσελίδες ή ακόμα και να εισάγουμε διαδραστικές εφαρμογές. Μπορούμε να εισάγουμε κάποια τυποποιημένα κουίζ όπως Αληθής / Ψευδής, Πολλαπλών Επιλογών, Δημοσκοπήσεις και άλλα πολλά. Αφού τελειώσουμε, μπορούμε να ανεβάσουμε την παρουσίασή μας στην τοποθεσία ιστού Office Mix, όπου θα μπορούμε να την κάνουμε ιδιωτική ή ακόμα και να την μοιραστούμε με άλλους.
